Your account will be suspended after you state the reason for your decision to close your account below. During this period, you can continue to use the application. Customer service will contact you within 48 hours upon your account closure request.

When you close your account, if there is a balance in your existing wallets, you need to spend it or request a refund. If you have points, they will also be automatically deleted.

The relationship between the closed account and the mobile phone number associated with it will be removed. You can re-register with the same number, but it will not be related to the closed account; a new account will be opened.
