For Your Business – How to Receive Payments?

Receiving Payment with the Üye İş Yeri(merchant) App

Log in

The cashier logs in to the system to receive a payment.

Enter the receipt amount

The cashier enters the total receipt amount.

Scan QR code or enter number

The customer generates a QR code by clicking the "Make Payment" button on their app or can pay using NFC/Card number.

Wait for customer confirmation

The payment is received when the customer confirms, and the transaction is complete.

Receiving Payments with Cash Register POS

Become a merchant

1The cashier enters the total bill amount into the cash register POS device.
2Select Macellan SuperApp as the payment method.
3The customer generates a QR code by clicking the "QR Pay" button on their app or receives a short code.
4The QR code is scanned by the POS device, or the short code is entered manually.
5The payment is completed when the customer confirms the amount.
6The system is integrated with Android POS and OEC devices (Ingenico, Pavo, etc.).
7Refunds are processed by the customer creating a refund request from their transaction history, and the cashier completes the transaction by entering the refund code.

Receiving Payments with Card Reader (RFID)

1The cashier enters the bill amount on the payment screen.
2The customer’s RFID card is scanned by the card reader.
3The balance deducted from the card is simultaneously reflected in the customer’s wallet.
4The parent or customer can track payments from the wallet details.

Receiving Payments with SuperIOT

Become a merchant

1The customer scans the QR code on the SuperIOT device of the device they wish to pay for (turnstile, game unit, etc.) using their phone.
2Alternatively, the customer can make the payment by scanning their RFID card contactlessly on the device’s card reader.
3The transaction is completed and the device is activated once the customer confirms the payment.
4The customer can view the transaction in their transaction history within Macellan SuperApp or by scanning their card at the cashier.

Receiving Payments with Vending Machine

1The customer scans the QR code on the vending machine’s camera using their phone to make the payment.
2After the approval appears on the customer’s screen, they complete the payment and collect their product from the machine.
3Operational costs, such as cash jams or card reader issues, are eliminated.
